REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES

RACW seeks qualifications from environmental consulting firms in support of the Westmoreland County Brownfield Assessment Program, funded by the U.S. EPA. RACW intends to select a firm to provide consulting services for the performance of environmental site assessments and other associated work. The specific services being sought by RACW are identified in the RFQ document obtainable from RACW, 40 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, Suite 520, Greensburg, PA 15601 or by calling (724) 830-3050.

The deadline for submission of qualifications is 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, on December 10, 2015. Each submission of qualifications will be ranked in accordance with the following criteria:
Qualifications of Firm and Personnel…………………………………….40 points
Experience of Firm and Personnel………………………………………. 60 points
Disadvantaged, Minority-owned, Women-owned Business Enterprise
Participation………………………………………………………...……6 points
Total Possible Points……………………………………………………..106 points
