Veterans and their Caregivers, on Thursday, May 9, 2013, 8:30 AM-1:00 PM, at the Norwin Community Resource Center in North Huntingdon, Pa.
The Emcee of this event will be Jennifer Miele, VP Marketing and Communications, Excela Health and lunch will be provided by Café Supreme.
Various topics to be discussed are Barriers to Proper Medication Management, Detecting Problems with Medication Management, Financial Resources for Your Medications, Solutions and Compliance Aids and Taking Action for a Healthier You.
Featured speakers include Tracy G. Rosky, RPH; Diane Barnard, RNC, Home Health Services by the Thorne Group; Lee Liermann, Coordinator, APPRISE Program and a Representative from VA Healthcare, Pittsburgh.
The Norwin Community Resource Center is located at 231 Jennie Drive, North Huntingdon, Pa. Directions-US 30 West, left at Robbins-Station Rd., across from Kenny Ross, right onto Jennie Drive behind Shirley’s Funeral Home.
