[ARCHIVED] Notice: New Death Certificate Requirement for Death of Incapacitated Persons

Effective September 1, 2015, The Register of Wills Office will be requiring a death certificate upon the death of the Incapacitated person. The death certificate MUST be attached to the Suggestion of Death/Final Guardian Report. Without the death certificate, these documents will NOT be accepted for filing.
