Youth ages 8-16 can participate in outdoor activities such as archery, boating, fishing, trap shooting with a .22 rifle and black powder muzzleloader, and more! There will be several stations, including a Civil War re-enactment, a PA DCNR Forest and Wildfire Firefighter program, Southwest PA Hunting Retrievers Club dog retrieval demonstration, and a Ducks Unlimited program. Learn how to identify animals including reptiles and amphibians, furbearers and game animals, and take a boating safety course on Mammoth Lake - this event has something for everyone!

Youth Field Day is a FREE event sponsored by local volunteers, in conjunction with Westmoreland County Parks and Recreation, the Pennsylvania Game Commission, and Dick's Sporting Goods.
