The Westmoreland County Park Police Association is holding its Eleventh Annual Golf Outing on Friday, May 22, 2015 at Norvelt Golf Club, Norvelt PA.

Since 2005 the Park Police Association has donated over $15,225 to various organizations and charities. Recent donations were made to Westmoreland Walks, Inc., Operation Santa Clause, and Shop With A Cop. A donation was also made to Dawn Champion and her son Tanner Champion. Her husband, Perryopolis Police Officer Richard Champion, died in a vehicle accident while on duty in December. Memorial Donations were also made to several Park Police Officers who lost family members during the year.
