To continue receiving federal funds from HUD, the County must complete a Five Year Plan. The Department of Planning and Development is currently developing the Plan. The Plan is a condition for the County to receive federal funds for housing and community development activities. This includes Community Development Block Grant funds, Emergency Solutions Grants funds and HOME Investment Partnerships funds.

Your input is critical to understand the needs across the County and to inform the plan.
