As space is available, we will continue to accept registrations until the day before the training begins. A $20 registration fee per participant should be mailed as soon as possible.

If necessary, please cancel registrations via email no later than 72 hours before the program in order to receive a refund/credit of registration fees. The last minute substitution of personnel is perfectly acceptable. When registering, please enter the name of each registrant as it should appear on their certificate of completion.
