For all Landowners, Title Searchers or anyone with an interest in history or genealogy, the GIS/Mapping area of our website is a dream-come-true.  You can find tax parcel boundaries, aerial photography of Westmoreland County and property boundaries of the very first landowners in the county dating back to 1773.

Basic information is available online and you can even come into the GIS office to use our computers for your research.  If you require more intensive services, it is recommended that you make an appointment with our GIS Director, Anthony Pologruto.  724-830-6888. Appointment clients are given priority over walk-ins.  Services are offered at reasonable rates and are billed in 15 minute increments plus printing fees.
