Communication
It is the policy of Westmoreland County Prison to allow inmates to communicate with family, friends, and/or other social community contacts with a minimum of interference, but with a consistency in security. This communication helps the inmate to reinforce his/her rehabilitative efforts towards better social development within the institution during confinement as well as upon release.
Note: Please be advised that the Westmoreland County Prison does not permit the use of any tobacco products and associated devices on prison property. Such items in your possession must be secured in your personal vehicle upon entry to the Westmoreland County Prison grounds / property. Non-compliance with this policy will result in visitation termination and the loss of future visitation privileges.
