To be prepared, the switchboard operator we will be asking the following questions:

• Resident Name
• Name of the contact who will be doing the virtual visit
• Phone # of the contact
• Do you prefer the virtual visit to be in the morning, afternoon, or evening?
• Skype or Facetime? (If it will be a skype visit, we will need the email address or skype name that you will be using)
