The Westmoreland County Controller's Office provides independent oversight of the financial affairs of Westmoreland County as prescribed by law and regulation with the aim of promoting accountability and efficiency in our fiscal operations and doing so with a spirit of full disclosure.
The Office of the Controller carries out its mission through five discrete departmental units:
