Rules of Court
The Westmoreland County Local Rules of Civil Procedure and the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure are available at the law library located on the 2nd Floor of the Courthouse.

The rules of court applicable to divorce cases under Sections 3301(c) and (d) include Westmoreland County Rules of Civil Procedure W1920.4 through 1920.55-2a and Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure Pa.R.C.P. 1920.1 through 1920.20.92.
