The RACW works in partnership with local governments, the business community, private property owners and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the Environmental Protection Agency to foster the cleanup and redevelopment of brownfields and other industrial sites in Westmoreland County. 'Brownfields' include properties that are contaminated or perceived to be contaminated.
