About the Application

Westmoreland County Treasurer Jared M. Squires is the exclusive agent for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the issuance of Bingo licenses in Westmoreland County.

Westmoreland County nonprofit organizations which have existed and conducted business in furtherance of their constitution, charter, articles of incorporation and by-laws for two years prior to application can make application in person with the Treasurer's Office, Suite 110 Court House. Senior Citizens groups can apply immediately upon being organized.

Locations of Game site

Qualified applicants are limited to one game site for a period of one year, which shall be in the city, borough or township where the main business office is located.

Fees

The following fees have been set by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for Bingo Licensing.
  • $100.00 Qualified nonprofits conducting games more than once a year
  • $15.00 Qualified nonprofits conducting only one game per year for no more than three consecutive days.
  • $50.00 Qualified Senior Citizens groups conducting games for their members only
  • FREE For qualified nonprofits conducting games for their membership only where the games are conducted for entertainment purposes only and nominal prizes are awarded
