{Westmoreland County Open Records}

 

Govenor Edward G. Rendell signed the Right-To-Know law on February 14, 2008 fundamentally changing the way people access public records of their government, and changing the way government processes these requests.   This law takes effect January 1, 2009. 

 

Pursuant to this law, this website has been made available to fulfill Westmoreland County's obligations to its citizens.  To view implementation procedures of this law (Rule 509) within the Unified Judical System, including trial courts and court departments, click here.
