CITIZEN'S FINANCIAL REPORT

The Citizen’s Financial Report is Westmoreland County’s version of a “popular annual financial report” format which is promoted by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States & Canada. The purpose of such a report is to educate and inform the public by making financial information accessible to ordinary citizens and other interested parties who may be challenged by more detailed traditional financial reports.
The report is a 16-page full color pamphlet which utilizes charts and graphs to tell the county’s financial story. The report also introduces the reader to a variety of resources and services available through the county.
