The Clerk of Courts is responsible for the records, books, and dockets of the Court with respect to the administration of the Clerk of Courts office. It is the mission of the Westmoreland County Clerk of Courts office to secure and maintain up-to-date and accurate information on all criminal proceedings within the jurisdiction of the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas; and to provide prompt and courteous service to the Court, the Legal community, the Press, and the Public in the recording, preservation, maintenance, and retrieval of all records and materials placed in our trust.
