Lower and Upper Lakes. The PA Fish Commission stocks both lakes with hardy game fish. Fall and winter stockings make both lakes a haven for ice fishing enthusiasts. A figure-eight walkway circles both lakes. Total walking distance around this handicapped accessible walkway is almost 2 ½ miles. The Boathouse. Twin Lakes Boathouse, which sits on the shore of the Lower Lake, is a very popular facility. Pedal boats, and rowboats are available for rental. Rowboat rentals start at $6.00 per hour, four & five seat pedal boats at $7.00 per hour, and group rates are available. Food, drinks and live bait are also made available to park visitors year round. Cross-country ski rentals are available in the winter in times of snow accumulation. Call 724.832.7735 for more information. Activities Center. Available for year round rental, the Activities Center includes a small kitchen, indoor restrooms, and a reception hall/meeting room. The building is heated, but not air-conditioned and will accommodate groups of up to 100 persons. Peach Plaza. A street plaza type skate park which is free to the public. Park hours are 9:00am to Dusk. To access Peach Plaza, turn left on George's Station Road from Donohoe Road in Greensburg. The entrance to the plaza is on your right. Please check out the Park Rules.
Island Stage. On the shore of the Lower Lake, the Island Stage plays host to a free Sunday concert series every summer. Vietnam Veterans of Westmoreland County Memorial. The Memorial is located on the Upper Lake near pavilion #2. Hunting. Portions of the Park are open for hunting. Pavilion Rental. Twin Lakes Park has seven (7) pavilions located throughout the park, which will accommodate groups up to 200.
