Substance Abuse and Addiction

The program educates about the true life consequences of substance abuse and addiction.  Statistical analysis and trends that have evolved over the last two decades within our communities is discussed.  Key signs of substance abuse are presented, such as drug paraphernalia and effects each substance has on the body.  Substances such as heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, and a multitude of prescription medications are discussed.  Overdose death scenes are presented where the audience will see the final outcome that substance abuse and addiction can cause.  This program is presented to students, parents, and any community members who would like to be educated on the overdose epidemic affecting all our communities.

Impaired/Distracted Driving

The program is presented to students for education on impaired and distracted driving.  Intoxicated driving by use of alcohol and drugs is primarily discussed.  Other topics include distracted, reckless, careless, and inexperienced driving.  Statistics on seat-belt use, age demographics, and other data related to vehicle fatalities in our communities is presented.  Vehicular related death scenes are presented to reveal to the students what can happen when unsafe driving practices occur.  This presentation has accompanied a multitude of mock crashes performed within our county by school districts, police departments, fire departments, and emergency medical services.
