[ACTIVE] National Drug Take Back Day October 26th, 2013 10am-2pm

Drug Take Back Day

The second National Drug Take Back Day is just around the corner. With 15 drop off sites within the county, this is a great opportunity to help safeguard both your family and the environment.
Fact:
• It is possible for unused medication flushed down the toilet to contaminate the water supply.
• Unused prescription drugs thrown in the trash can be retrieved and abused or illegally sold.
• The non-medical use of prescription drugs ranks second only to marijuana as the most common
form of drug abuse in America.

Surrender expired, unwanted, or unused pharmaceutical controlled substances and other medications for safe destruction.
• Any controlled, non-controlled and over-the-counter medications (pills, creams, and liquid).
• The collection is anonymous - no identification will be requested.
