[ARCHIVED] Lawmaker: Responders Should Carry Drug That Conteracts Opiates

State Rep. Dan Frankel, D-Squirrel Hill, plans to introduce legislation this month that would allow emergency responders and others who might come across overdosing addicts to obtain prescription naloxone.
