S.A.F.E. (Substance Abuse Forum & Education)

SAFE forum
In an effort to deal with the ongoing drug crisis and its effect on our youth in Westmoreland County, a panel entitled Substance Abuse Forum and Education (S.A.F.E) focuses on free drug prevention efforts in the community as well as intervention and treatment options.

Once a month, the panel will convene in a local community to educate the public.
Each panelist speaks briefly on their roles in preventing and/or treating drug abuse. A question and answer period follows. Agencies dealing with drug issues supply information and answer questions.
